1. Booking and Reservations

  • Flyover Car Rental reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings when necessary.

2. Payment Policy

  • Rental charges must be paid as agreed at the time of booking.
  • Advance payment may be required for certain tours or long-distance trips.
  • Additional costs incurred during the trip, including parking fees, accommodation for drivers, toll charges, permits, or entry fees, may be charged separately unless otherwise stated.

3. Vehicle and Driver Service

  • All vehicles are provided with experienced drivers unless otherwise specified.
  • Customers must follow local laws and safety regulations during the journey.
  • Smoking, illegal activities, or behavior that may damage the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure may not qualify for a refund.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

Flyover Car Rental shall not be held responsible for delays, route changes, or cancellations caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Landslides or road blockages
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political events or strikes
  • Mechanical issues beyond reasonable control

We will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information.
  • Respect the driver and vehicle.
  • Follow safety instructions throughout the journey.
  • Compensate for any intentional damage caused to the vehicle.

7. Liability Limitation

While we strive to provide safe and reliable transportation services, Flyover Car Rental shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Missed flights, events, or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Injuries or losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

8. Pricing

  • Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on route conditions, duration, fuel costs, permits, and seasonal demand.
  • Any additional charges will be communicated before confirmation whenever possible.
